The physical head count for the Kagadi Distirct pensioners and estate administrators of the deceased pensioners has commenced today at the District council
The exercise is being conducted by the office of the Auditor General and is expected to run from today Monday 8/7/2024 to Friday 20th/7/2024.
The pensioners are expected to come along with the following documents;
- First Appointment letter
- Confirmation letter
- last promotion letter
- Retirement letter/certificate
- National Identity card
- letters of Administration
- Any other Documentation relevant to confirm retirement.
