Kagadi District Local Government is currently conducting Lower local government performance assessments for FY 2025/2026.
The exercise aims at improving local Service Delivery, ensures Legal Compliance, boosts Financial Stewardship, builds Institutional Capacity among others.
The exercise which commenced on Monday 31st August and ends on 7th August 2026 is coordinated by the Planning unit and covering a total of 35 lower local governments including town councils and Sub counties.
The two clustered teams comprising of 10 technical staff from 12 department will cover areas regarding Parish Development funds, Planning and Budgeting, Revenue Mobilization and Administration, Financial Management, Human Resources Management for Improved Service Delivery
Other areas include Implementation and Execution, Environmental and Social Safeguards, (Pre-& Primary) Education services Management in public and private schools, Primary Health Care Services Management, Water & Environment Services Management, Urban Planning and Management and Production Services Management
